In fulfillment of the development of education in the Bosomtwe District Assembly, the Member of Parliament and Minister for Education, Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum organized a groundbreaking for the construction of GETFUND Projects on Wednesday, 8th February, 2023 in some selected communities in the District Assembly. This was as part of the measure to solve the educational infrastructural gap in the District.

On the 31st January, 2023 the Department of Social Welfare and Community Development in conjunction with the Disability Fund Management Committee distributed various items to members of the disability fraternity in the District. The programme was organized at the forecourt of the district assembly.
