In attendance to the meeting included the District Co-ordinating Director, District Budget Analyst, District Finance Officer, District Planning Officer, District Works Engineer, District Procurement Officer, District Environmental Health Officer, District Social Welfare and Community Development Officer, District Physical Planning Officer, District Director of Agriculture, District Human Resource officer, District Revenue Superintendent, District Director of Education, District Internal Auditor, District Statistician, District Director of Health Services, District NADMO Co-ordinator, District Business Advisory Centre and Management Information Systems Officer.
