In order to keep Ghana clean and green, Zoomlion Ghana Limited on 8th April 2022, donated a compacter truck to the Bosomtwe District Assembly. This is to help the district properly manage its waste.
Miss Theresah Pomaa head of Zoomlion in the Bosomtwe District in her address said, the company’s objectives is to provide integrated waste management solution i.e waste collection. Hence the provision of the compacter truck to the district was to help facilitate this objective.
The District Chief Executive, Honorable J.K Asuming with the District Cordinator Madam Agatha Ahia and the Environmental officer on behalf of the assembly received the truck. The D.C.E in his submission, lauded Zoomlion Ghana Limited for the step they have taken to ensure Bosomtwe District and Ghana as a whole is clean and Green.
He further said he will ensure the objective of the donation of the truck is achieved. He also entreated members present to also partake in the general objective of Zoomlion Ghana limited and the District Assembly i.e ensuring Bosomtwe is clean, realized.
He then thanked Zoomlion Company Limited again and handed the truck to the Environmental officer of the Bosomtwe District Assembly and charged him to see to its efficiency.
