Performance Appraisal of the Local Government Service seeks to measure and improve employee’s performance to enhance effective and efficient work done. This will equip skills and knowledge to plan, prepare and execute a good appraisal.
Pursuant to the above Heads of Department/Unit was summoned on Friday, 18th August, 2023 to partake in a one-day training programme on Performance Appraisal. The programme was held at the District Conference Hall. Members were taking through the process of preparing appraisal with the help of Mr. Menkah Kwabena from Mampong Municipal Assembly.
