COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT WITH STAKEHOLDERS AT EDWINASE (DAY 2)

Day 2 of the Community Engagement was organized at Edwinase on Tuesday, 11th October, 2022. The exercise was conducted for community members to educate them on the district fee fixing and to encourage them to pay their property and business operating permits. The delegation was led by the District Information Service Officer. The District Chief Executive (Hon. Joseph K. Asuming, Esq), District Coordinating Director (Agatha Ahia), District Physical Planning Officer, District Works Engineer, District Procurement officer, District Budget Analyst, some Staff and the invited stakeholders graced the exercise with their present to make it a one.

The DCE took the opportunity to educate members at the meeting. He also pleaded that they keep their surroundings clean to avoid the outbreak of diseases.

During the open forum, members present was allowed to ask questions and recommendation from members present. All question was answered and recommendation taken for further actions.
