The District Security Council meeting slated on Wednesday, 29th October 2025 at the office of the District Chief Executive was successfully organized. The agenda for the meeting was Briefs from Security Heads, Effective operationalisation of Oyoko-Abountem barrier and other matters. Members present was The District Chief Executive, The District Police Commander, The District Fire Officer, The District Crime Officer, The District Nadmo Co-Ordinator, The Immigration Commander, National Investigation Bureau, Ghana Prisons Service-Kumasi, The Commander-4bn, Kumasi, Narcotic Control Board and The Regional Commander-Gra (Ceps), Kumasi.
