Tuesday, 1st July,2025 was declared as a National Thanksgiving and Prayer Day for all Ghanaians by the President of the Republic, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama. As part of the activities to mark the celebration, the Kuntanase Christian Council in collaboration with the District Assembly offered a special prayer for the country in the constituency. In view of this all-community members were invited to be part of the celebration. The program commenced at 9:00 am thereabout at Toafoam Pentecost Church. Various Pastors were given the opportunity to led the congregation with praises and prayers with grateful heart. The District Chief Executive gave a brief address. In his address he thanked and welcome all members present for acknowledging the invitation. He then pleaded that as the celebration has become a national awareness we should continue to acknowledge and treat it as important. He again shown appreciation to the organizers and the Pastors for making the celebration a successful one.
