On Tuesday 3rd October, 2023, to mark ‘My First Day at School’, The District Coordinating Director, Madam Agatha Ahia, and the District Education Director paid a working visit in Obo community in the district.
The visit was to interact and welcome fresh pupils into basic school. The District Coordinating Director shared her experiences, advice and encouraged the pupils to be punctual at school. She subsequently presented some stationary as part of efforts to help sustain their interest in school.
She also voiced excitement towards the pupils’ preparedness to school and assured them of the Assembly’s assistance and encouraged them to be punctual and be of good behaviour at school. The Head teachers of the various schools articulated appreciation to the DCD and his team.
