Bosomtwe District Assembly through the Bosomtwe Education Directorate (Girl Child Unit) in collaboration with Sunda Company Limited celebrated the Menstrual Hygiene Day at Sawua School Park on Friday, 22nd May, 2026. The theme for the celebration is “Together for a period friendly world”. The programme was graced with the presence of the Hon. District Chief Executive, the Ghana Education Service Directorate, Traditional Council, Christian Council, Girls Child Officer, Gender Desk Officer and staff. The ceremony marked all menstrual hygiene talks and arts. The programme was successfully organized.
