The District Tender Committee meeting was held on Friday 28th June, 2024 at the Conference Room of the Bosomtwe District Assembly, Kuntanase. The meeting discussed Procurement Activities for Second Quarter 2024, Consideration and Approval of updated Second Quarter 2024 Procurement Plan, Consideration and Approval of the usage of contingency on the project titled; Construction of 1No. 12-Seater Water Closet Toilet Facility and Mechanized Borehole at Esereso, Consideration and Approval of the variation on the project titled; Construction of 1No.

An emergency DPCU meeting was held by the Bosomtwe District Assembly on Wednesday, 26th June, 2024 at the District Conference Hall-Kuntanase to discuss the report and findings of the district Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) report based on the 2021 Population and Hosing Census (PHC) of the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS). The meeting also discussed 2024 Performance Contract and Other Business.

On Wednesday, 19th June, 2024, the District Chief Executive, District Coordinating Director, Heads of Department and Units held their first Management Meeting of the District Assembly. The meeting discussed General Assembly Decisions and way forward, Revenue mobilization strategy, Community engagement, Completion of delayed projects, Functionality of the Sub Structures and other matters. The meeting was organized in the District Chief Executive’s Office and all matters were discussed.
