The Bosomtwe District Assembly in its efforts to support Covid-19 outbreak responds donated the following items to Anglican Eye Clinic in Jachie;
The Government of Ghana with the vision to improve the system of education by providing conducive environment for teaching and learning and also increase enrollment in various schools has through the Ministry for Education awarded for the construction of the above projects in the mentioned communities.
In the view of the Government of Ghana policy to Decentralized the processes in the applications of government Scholarship from the National level to the District level, the Bosomtwe District Assembly on the 11th day of July 2020 conducted interviews for successful scholarship applicants.
The Bosomtwe District Assembly in its effort to support the government in achieving the sustainable development goal 8.5 which seeks to achieve full and productive employment for persons with disabilities on 14th August, 2020 held an event at the forecourt of the district assembly to support some selected disabled in the district.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19:
Beposo Senior High School is among the publicly recognized Senior High Schools in Ghana. It is located at Beposo in the Bosomtwe District in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
The Jachie-Pramso Secondary School is second cycle school in Jachie-Pramso in the Bosomtwe District of the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
The Bosomtwe District Assembly was established on (1st) November 2007, by LI 1922. It was carved out of the then Bosomtwe Atwima Kwanwoma District (now Bosomtwe and Atwima Kwanwoma). It is one of the (43) districts in the Ashanti Region, with Kuntanase as the District capital.
The Social Welfare Department of the Bosomtwe District Assembly on gave out cash and items which included refrigerators, industrial sewing machines, provisions, transfer showcase with credit cards, clutch motor, hair drier etc to persons with disabilities in the district at the forecourt of the District assembly.
As a constitutional mandate and a means to promoting local government participation , the Bosomtwe District Assembly on 3rd March, 2020 inaugurated its unit committee members for the three Area Councils within the district ; Kuntanase Area Council, Jachie Area Council and Boneso Area Council respectively. This was to conform power and recognition to the various unit committee members for the three area councils respectively.
On Thursday, 23rd January, 2020 a ceremony was held to inaugurate 52 re-constituted members of the Bosomtwe District Assembly, out of which 35 were elected and the rest appointed.

The Social Welfare Department of the Bosomtwe District Assembly on Friday 19th October donated cash and items which included refrigerators, industrial sewing machines, drilling machines, bags of rice and many others to persons with disabilities in the district at the forecourt of the District assembly.
Under the initiative of Production for Export and Development (P.E.D) project and the agenda of the government to create jobs, as every district is to identify cash crop to be grown there. The Bosomtwe District has chosen to cultivate oil palm and coconut.
National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) in the Bosomtwe District on 9th November donated relief items which includes bags of rice, blankets, oil, mosquito nets and many others to victims of disaster in the Bosomtwe District at forecourt of the District Assembly.
The government of Ghana with the vision to increase enrollment in schools and provide conducive environment for teaching and learning, has through the Ministry of Education awarded for the construction of the above projects in the mentioned communities.
On Sunday, 4th June, 2019 at Abono a suburb of Kuntanse had a ceremony to commission a borehole, bath and toilet at a chip compound of the community.
